1999-2000  墨西哥国立自治大学(UNAM)天文研究所  博士后

2005-2006  美国哈佛-斯密松天体物理中心(CfA)   访问学者

曾担任计算物理学会理事/常务理事,中国天文学会理事以及中国天文学会星系宇宙学专业委员会副主任;2006年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”。

发表SCI科研论文 150 余篇,主持国家基金委面上、重点项目和重大项目课题等项目;主持国家科技部重点研发计划课题并参加多项973计划项目。曾访问巴西圣卡塔琳娜联邦大学大学,欧洲南方天文台,法国 CEA-Sacley,欧洲 IRAM 研究所,多次访问美国哈佛-斯密松天体物理中心。
